Medorica Pharma Pvt Ltd is committed to ensuring the quality, safety, and integrity of all pharmaceutical and healthcare products supplied to customers. Due to the sensitive nature of medicines and healthcare items, returns and refunds are governed by strict regulatory and safety standards in compliance with applicable Indian laws.

Scope of Policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies to all products purchased through Medorica Pharma Pvt Ltd, including but not limited to prescription medicines, over-the-counter (OTC) products, and healthcare items.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns will be accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • The product delivered is incorrect (i.e., different from the order placed)
  • The product is damaged, defective, or tampered with at the time of delivery
  • The product has expired at the time of delivery
  • The quantity delivered does not match the order

All return requests must be supported with appropriate evidence, including clear images of the product, packaging, invoice, and batch details where applicable.

Non-Returnable Products

In the interest of public health and safety, the following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Prescription medicines, except in cases of incorrect, damaged, or expired delivery
  • Products that have been opened, partially used, or altered after delivery
  • Items without original packaging, labels, batch numbers, or invoices
  • Temperature-sensitive products that require controlled storage conditions
  • Personal care and hygiene products once opened

Medorica Pharma Pvt Ltd reserves the right to refuse returns if the above conditions are not met.

Return Request Process

Customers must initiate a return request within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team through the official website, mobile application, or registered contact channels.

The request must include:

  • Order ID and transaction details
  • Description of the issue
  • Photographic evidence clearly showing the defect or discrepancy

Upon receipt of the request, our team will review the case and may contact the customer for additional information if required.

Verification and Approval

All return requests are subject to verification by Medorica Pharma Pvt Ltd. Approval will be based on:

  • Validity of the claim
  • Supporting documentation provided
  • Compliance with this policy

The company reserves the sole right to approve or reject any return request after evaluation.

Reverse Pickup and Return Handling

Where applicable, Medorica Pharma Pvt Ltd may arrange a reverse pickup of the product. Customers are required to:

  • Ensure the product is securely packed to prevent further damage
  • Include original packaging, invoice, and labels
  • Hand over the product in the same condition as received

In certain cases, customers may be requested to ship the product to a designated address.

Refund Policy

Once a return request is approved and the product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days from the date of approval
  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may be required to provide bank account details for refund processing
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, may not be refundable unless the return is due to an error on the part of Medorica Pharma Pvt Ltd

Replacement Policy

In cases where a replacement is feasible and preferred, Medorica Pharma Pvt Ltd may offer a replacement product instead of a refund, subject to availability.

Replacements will be processed after the returned product has been verified and approved.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled without penalty before dispatch
  • Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted
  • Refunds for prepaid cancelled orders will be processed within 3–5 business days

Regulatory Compliance

All returns and refunds are handled in accordance with applicable laws, including the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, and related rules governing the sale and distribution of pharmaceutical products in India.

Limitation of Liability

Medorica Pharma Pvt Ltd shall not be held liable for:

  • Any adverse effects resulting from misuse or improper storage of medicines after delivery
  • Delays caused by incorrect information provided by the customer
  • Returns rejected due to non-compliance with this policy

Medorica Pharma Pvt Ltd reserves the right to modify or update this Return and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are advised to review the policy periodically.
